Orbit అనేది tabs, collections, workspacesను organize చేయడంలో సహాయపడే browser extension. Orbit ఏ data collect చేస్తుంది, అది ఏ కోసం ఉపయోగించబడుతుంది, ఏవి మీ deviceనుంచి ఎప్పుడూ బయటకు వెళ్లవు, data deletionను ఎలా request చేయాలో ఈ page స్పష్టంగా వివరిస్తుంది.

1. Account సృష్టించేటప్పుడు మీరు అందించే data

• Google / Appleతో sign in — Orbit Google లేదా Apple ద్వారా sign in మాత్రమే support చేస్తుంది; ప్రత్యేక password లేదు. Orbit Google/Apple అందించే email, display name, avatar మాత్రమే పొందుతుంది, మీ Google/Apple account passwordను ఎప్పుడూ పొందదు.
• Display name, avatar, మరియు bio (optional).

2. మీరు Orbitలో సృష్టించే content

• మీరు actively save చేసే workspaces, collections, మరియు tabs (URL, title, favicon).
• మీరు upload చేస్తే custom background మరియు widget images.
• Home pageలో మీ personal widgets యొక్క content — Quick Notes, Appointments, Timetable, Work Schedule, మరియు Menstrual Cycle (start date, cycle length). ఈ data మీకే చెందుతుంది; మీరు share చేసే workspaces membersతో సహా ఎవరికి చూపబడదు — మీరు sign in చేసిన devices మధ్య sync చేయడానికి మాత్రమే Orbit serversలో stored అవుతుంది.

3. మీ deviceలోనే ఉండే data — serverకి ఎప్పుడూ పంపబడదు

Home pageలోని కొన్ని widgets మీ browserలో మాత్రమే stored అవుతాయి (chrome.storage.local), Orbit వాటిని చూడలేను లేదా access చేయలేను:

• Chrome usage time (రోజులో Chrome window focusedగా ఉన్న total time).
• Chrome usage analysis (work/leisure) — దీన్ని calculate చేయడానికి Orbit today's browsing historyను మీ deviceలోనే directly చదువుతుంది, కానీ మీ browsing history మరియు analysis results ఎప్పుడూ Orbit servers లేదా third partyకి పంపబడవు.

4. AI feature (AI Analysis)

Quick Save featureలో మీరు actively "AI Analysis" click చేసినప్పుడు, Orbit మీరు save చేస్తున్న tabs యొక్క titles మరియు URLsను (మీ existing workspaces/collections namesతో పాటు) third-party AI modelకి పంపి వాటిని ఎలా organize చేయాలో suggest చేస్తుంది. ఈ feature మీరు actively request చేసినప్పుడు మాత్రమే run అవుతుంది — backgroundలో లేదా automatically ఎప్పుడూ run కాదు.

5. Location (Weather widget)

మీరు allow చేస్తే, Weather widget మీ browser locationను (Geolocation API — share చేయడానికి ముందు browser ఎప్పుడూ అడుగుతుంది, automaticగా enabled కాదు) ఉపయోగించి coordinates పొందుతుంది, తరువాత ఆ coordinatesను current temperature కోసం Open-Meteo (third-party weather data provider)కి directly పంపుతుంది. మీ location Orbit servers ద్వారా ఎప్పుడూ వెళ్లదు మరియు అక్కడ stored అవదు. దీన్ని skip చేసి location share చేయకుండా city name type చేయవచ్చు.

6. Extension అడిగే permissions

• tabs / activeTab — open tabs title మరియు URLను చదివి మీరు save/organize చేయడానికి సహాయపడుతుంది, మరియు collection/workspaceలో "Open all" feature ఉపయోగించినప్పుడు new tabs తెరుస్తుంది.
• tabGroups — "Open all" ద్వారా ఇప్పుడే opened tabsను collection name/colorకు సరిపోయే named, colored tab groupగా group చేస్తుంది.
• storage — settings మరియు widget dataను browserలో locally store చేస్తుంది.
• favicon — మీరు save చేసిన websites iconsను చూపుతుంది.
• identity — Google/Apple sign-in flowను support చేస్తుంది.
• alarms — background timers run చేస్తుంది (ఉదా., Chrome usage time tracking).
• history — "Chrome usage analysis" feature పని చేయడానికి today's browsing historyను చదువుతుంది; section 3లో చెప్పినట్లు పూర్తిగా మీ deviceలో process అవుతుంది.

7. Third partiesతో sharing

• LemonSqueezy — Pro plan కోసం payment processing partner. Orbit మీ card details store చేయదు; LemonSqueezy paymentను handle చేసి Orbitకు plan status (active లేదా కాదు) మాత్రమే report చేస్తుంది.
• AI model provider — మీరు actively "AI Analysis" feature ఉపయోగించినప్పుడు మాత్రమే tab data పొందుతుంది (section 4).

Orbit advertising purposes కోసం మీ dataను అమ్మదు, rent చేయదు, share చేయదు.

8. Login sessions & devices

Settingsలో "Devices" feature పని చేయడానికి (login sessions చూడటం మరియు revoke చేయడం), ప్రతి session sign in అయ్యే సమయంలో Orbit browser/operating system type (User-Agent నుంచి) మరియు IP addressను record చేస్తుంది.

9. Security

Extension మరియు server మధ్య connections ఎప్పుడూ HTTPS ద్వారా జరుగుతాయి. Settings → Devicesలో మీరు ఎప్పుడైనా login sessionsను manage మరియు revoke చేయవచ్చు.

10. మీ dataను delete చేయడం

Orbitలో ప్రస్తుతం appలో self-service account deletion button లేదు. మీ account data మొత్తాన్ని delete చేయమని request చేయడానికి, section 12లోని email ద్వారా మమ్మల్ని సంప్రదించండి — requests వీలైనంత త్వరగా process చేయబడతాయి.

11. పిల్లలు

Orbit 13 సంవత్సరాల లోపు పిల్లల కోసం ఉద్దేశించబడలేదు మరియు వారినుంచి dataను తెలిసి collect చేయదు.
