මෙම Terms ඔබ Orbit browser extension සහ related services (setyourorbit.com website, admin dashboard, සහ Orbit data-sync servers) භාවිතා කරන විට අදාළ වේ. Account එකක් සාදමින් හෝ Orbit භාවිතා කරමින්, ඔබ පහත terms සමඟ එකඟ වේ. ඔබ එකඟ නොවේ නම්, කරුණාකර service භාවිතය නවත්වන්න.

1. Account

• Orbit Google හෝ Apple සමඟ sign in කිරීම පමණක් support කරයි — වෙනම password නැත — Orbit භාවිතා කිරීමට valid Google හෝ Apple account එකක් අවශ්‍ය වේ.
• ඔබගේ Google/Apple account එක secure තබාගැනීම ඔබේ වගකීමයි; එම account එකේ control නැතිවුවහොත් Orbit access restore කළ නොහැක.
• Orbit account එකක් සාදන්න ඔබ අවම වශයෙන් 13 විය යුතුය (Privacy Policy හි section 11 ද බලන්න).
• සෑම account එකක්ම එක් පුද්ගලයෙකු සඳහාය; ඔබේ account login වෙනත් අය සමඟ share නොකරන්න.

2. Plans

• Free plan — නොමිලේ, workspaces ගණන, workspace එකකට collections ගණන, සහ workspace එකකට members ගණන සඳහා limits ඇත (Pricing page හි විස්තර බලන්න).
• Pro plan — paid, ඉහත limits ඉවත් කරයි. Pro plan price Pricing page හි පෙන්වයි සහ Orbit විසින් adjust කළ හැක; confirmed payment/renewal එකකට දැනටමත් applied price එක වෙනස් නොවේ.
• Orbit සමහර accounts සඳහා time-limited Pro trial (නොමිලේ) ලබාදිය හැක, Orbit වෙනත් ලෙස decide නොකරන්නේ නම් account එකකට උපරිම එක් වරක්.

3. Payment & Pro වෙත upgrade

LemonSqueezy හරහා automatic payment මේ වන විට LemonSqueezy හි business verification review තුළ පවතින අතර තවම active නැත. මේ අතරතුර, Pro plan වෙත upgrading manual ලෙස handle කරනු ලැබේ:

• ඔබ bank transfer (Vietnam) හෝ upgrade screen හි listed international payment methods එකක් (උදා: PayPal, Payoneer...) හරහා, පෙන්වන exact amount සහ transfer reference භාවිතා කර pay කරයි.
• Payment receipt confirm කිරීමෙන් පසු, Orbit team ඔබේ account එකේ corresponding duration (උදා: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, හෝ lifetime) සඳහා Pro plan හැකි ඉක්මනින් activate කරයි — මෙම process automatic payment වගේ instant නොවේ.
• ඔබේ Pro plan හි remaining duration Orbit Settings හි "Plan" section යටතේ පෙන්වයි.
• LemonSqueezy හරහා automatic payment activate වූ පසු, Orbit මෙම Terms update කරයි; එවිට LemonSqueezy එම channel හරහා processed transactions සඳහා Merchant of Record ලෙස ක්‍රියා කරනු ඇත.

4. Refunds & Disputes

Payment මේ වන විට manually processed වන නිසා, ඔබ pay කර ඇතත් සාධාරණ කාලයකට පසු plan upgrade වී නැත්නම්, හෝ cancel කිරීමට හෝ refund request කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය නම්, payment proof (transaction screenshot, reference code, ආදිය) සමඟ [email protected] වෙත සම්බන්ධ වන්න. Orbit review කර හැකි ඉක්මනින් respond කරනු ඇත.

5. Acceptable Use

Orbit භාවිතා කරන විට, ඔබ මෙසේ නොකරන බවට එකඟ වේ:

• Orbit නීතිවිරෝධී purposes සඳහා භාවිතා කිරීම, හෝ නීතිය උල්ලංඝනය කරන හෝ third parties හි rights infringe කරන content store හෝ share කිරීම.
• Systems හෝ වෙනත් අයගේ accounts වෙත unauthorized access උත්සාහ කිරීම, හෝ service හි normal operation වලට interfere කිරීම (උදා: denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized vulnerability scanning).
• නීතියෙන් අවසර දෙන සීමාවෙන් පිටත Orbit copy, reverse-engineer, හෝ redistribute කිරීම.
• Trial plans හෝ free features abuse කිරීමට automated tools (bots) භාවිතා කර bulk accounts සාදීම.

Orbit ඉහත rules උල්ලංඝනය කරන accounts prior notice නැතිව suspend හෝ terminate කිරීමට අයිතිය reserve කරයි.

6. ඔබේ content & data

Orbit තුළ ඔබ සාදන workspaces, collections, tabs, notes, සහ වෙනත් content ඔබේ property ලෙස පවතී. Orbit මෙම data service operate කිරීමට පමණක් process කරයි (storage, devices අතර syncing, ඔබ share කරන members වෙත display කිරීම) — විස්තර සඳහා Privacy Policy බලන්න. එහි instructions අනුව ඔබට ඕනෑම වේලාවක account data deletion request කළ හැක.

7. Intellectual Property

"Orbit" නාමය, එහි interface, source code, සහ branding Orbit development team ට අයත් වේ. මෙම Terms, intended purpose සඳහා service භාවිතා කිරීමේ right එක හැර, Orbit software සඳහා ownership rights කිසිවක් ඔබට ලබා නොදේ.

8. Termination

ඔබට ඕනෑම වේලාවක Orbit භාවිතය නවත්වන්න පුළුවන්. Orbit maintenance සඳහා, මෙම Terms උල්ලංඝනයක් සොයාගත් විට, හෝ product discontinue කරන විට service (සම්පූර්ණයෙන් හෝ කොටසක්) suspend හෝ discontinue කළ හැක — product discontinue කරන අවස්ථාවේ, Orbit advance notice ලබාදීමට සහ ඔබේ data export හෝ delete කිරීමට මාර්ගයක් provide කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරයි.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Orbit තමන්ගේ server infrastructure (self-hosted) මත independently operated වන අතර "as is" ලෙස provide කරයි, service අඛණ්ඩව හෝ error-free run වන බවට guarantee නැත. නීතියෙන් ඉඩ දෙන උපරිම සීමාවට, service භාවිතය හෝ භාවිතා කළ නොහැකි වීමෙන් ඇති indirect damages සඳහා Orbit liable නොවේ.

10. මෙම Terms හි වෙනස්කම්

Service වෙනස් වන විට Orbit මෙම Terms update කළ හැක (උදා: LemonSqueezy හරහා automatic payment activate වන විට). වඩාත් recent update date සෑම විටම page top එකේ දිස්වේ; මෙම Terms update වූ පසු Orbit දිගටම භාවිතා කිරීම ඔබ එම changes accept කරන බවයි.

11. Governing Law

මෙම Terms Vietnam හි නීති මඟින් governed වේ.
